Cancellation

We obviously want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase but if for some reason you are not then Highland Bikes offers a 28 day no quibble returns policy.

your order has not yet been dispatched then we should be able to cancel it immediately and process your refund. If however you order has been dispatched then you have 14 days from the day the goods were received to inform us of you intention to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to Highland Bikes Ltd, Returns Dept, 29-31 Shore Street, Inverness,IV11NG. Returns received out with the 14 day period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your cost.

If you are posting back your goods then you are required to complete a returns form. You will also need to contact us for a returns number. Any items sent back to us without the correct returns information will not be accepted.

Any items returned must be in unused condition in the original packaging. Any signs of over handling will result in a charge and/or reduction in the amount refunded. Damage to the original item packaging (not the shipping packaging) may result in your return being rejected and the item will be returned to you at your cost. If in doubt then please contact us before returning any items.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Items must be returned at your own cost and we recommend that you use an insured service as the goods will remain yours until the item is refunded. We understand the return of larger items such as bicycles can be difficult to arrange so we can collect on your behalf. Prices for collection start at £50. Items that has been customised for you in any way are not subject to our normal returns policy and will be dealt with on an individual basis.

The geometry and construction of the frame and fork has been refined by continual testing and feedback from Danny MacAskill and the knowledge and experience gained from producing the world’s leading street bikes. The Skye frame has short chainstays, tight wheelbase and steep head angle, resulting in a lively and responsive ride making it agile on the back wheel; perfect for the advanced tricks and creative lines that today's street riders are pulling!

The Skye Team frame and fork are packed with unique design features which when combined with industry leading production quality have produced the lightest, strongest and most durable set up that Danny has ever ridden!  

Exclusive formed tube profiles and custom butting combined with a new hollow chainstay and bottom bracket yoke help to maximise stiffness and durability and offer sharper reactions and improved feel when riding at the limit.

The 1.5" tapered headtube has been custom CNC machined to give the best possible join with the top and down tubes for maximum support in this highly stressed area.  7075 aluminium hard anodised bolt through axles front and rear ensure that everything stays in place no matter what you throw at it. The Skye features threaded frame and fork inserts to ensure that the wheels are held in place securely but significantly reduces the chance of damage to the dropouts during fitting/removal.
